Good morning Glee fans! You’ve been patient and we wish we had all the songs from the Super Bowl ep to give you (and wish we could hear them all too!), but for now here’s a little clip of what we’ve got! The full song will be available on PopEater later today!
SO...GLEE is getting bad (i mean...BAD), too many characters, weird storylines, too many special guests, not even sue is funny anymore...it WAS only watchable because of kurt...i gave up. How much time do you think the series have until the hype goes away? OR do you think it will live on forever as long as they make some hit songs here and there. Thanks.
I was very into ‘Glee’ during the first half of season 1. Like, really, really, really into it. I’m hoping it can turn around still.
The hype will remain, especially as more and more people find the show. It’s already been renewed for a season 3. Once characters start leaving the show then some of the audience may go with it.
An episode to watch out for will be the one with the original songs. That will really test the power of ‘Glee.’ Up until now they’ve been covering hit/somewhat hit songs, we’ll see how truly powerful a show it has become when the downloads/ratings come in for that episode.
1. I couldn't find your ask on the front page.
2. Tell me, TV Squad, how do you feel about Glee following up the Super Bowl? Smart move or too risky?
1. Whoops! We’re going to get a new theme soon, but for now we posted the link.
2. Well, answering as Tumblr jockey (is that a term? If not, I coined it) Chris, I think it’s an expected move. Certainly a lot of the audience who watches the Super Bowl isn’t the average ‘Glee’ audience, so it’s a way to grab new viewers who have probably heard about ‘Glee,’ but not really seen any episodes. I don’t expect them to tackle a lot of the gay bullying stuff in this episode, so it won’t be too risky. The risk is in overexposing the show, which has happened already.
