I have made no secret that I absolutely adored the “Smash” pilot and have been an ardent supporter of the series. However, now that we’re midway through the first season, it’s time to address the major problems with “Smash.” It’s a 10 p.m. drama, “Smash” needs to treat its viewers with some respect.
